The future of building is in steel frame houses.
A steel frame can be assembled in about a week!
Innosteel
homes can be built with almost any type of foundation and can be
finished with a variety of exterior materials, such as brick, vermont
fibre planks, flat fibre board with a trowel on finish or painted. |
Saving
costs is a cinch, because much of the frame is factory pre-assembled
before the slab is even poured. Frames
are delivered to the site. |
Frames
are light and easy to transport and handle on site. |
Exterior walls are erected first onto the cement slab. |
Interior walls are connected and possitioned according to floor plan. |
Ceiling
frame is then installed. |
Trusses are erected on top of the ceiling
surface. |
Steel structure is now complete. |
Exterior cladding can consist of a single skin brick wall or fibre cement
board, fixed to the wall frames. |
Window
and door frames are installed.
The insulation material is also added
into this cavity. |
Services such as electricity and plumbing, are installed
in the wall cavity created by the light steel frames. |
Gypsum
and fibre cement boards, fixed to the light steel frame, is typically
used for internal wall cladding and ceilings. |
Large
openings can be engineered to accommodate virtually any size door
such as large bi-fold doors or slide doors. As well as any size window
opening. |
Home is now complete,
4 - 6 weeks after the steel structure was delivered. |
